Siliguri B.Ed. College has a well-functioning Placement Cell. The Placement Cell was formed through IQAC on the 20th August 2022 to benefit the trainees of the college about information and guidance related to placement

To provide trainees with information about vacancies in different workplaces.- To get trainees absorbed in good positions immediately after passing out of the programme.
- To interact with the owners/managers of workplaces where the trainees have the possibility of getting absorbed.
- To orient the trainees by resource persons about the job market and skills required.
- To organize training programme on demand.
- To organize campus interviews.
- Any other relevant objective that may crop up.
